(the “Company”), registration number 2026-00016, a company registered in Saint Lucia with its official address at at Unit 1, La Place Creole Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia, licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission and operates under License № 0000149. Payment processing services are provided by Tellixor Ltd., a payment agent incorporated in Cyprus with company number HE 492491, and registered office at Aspasias 4, 3085, Limassol, Cyprus.

1.2 Unless stated otherwise, all references to "we," "us," and "our" in these Terms refer to the Company, while "player", "you," and "your" refer to the individual using our Website and agreeing to these Terms.

1.3 By creating an account on the Website, you enter into a legal agreement with us and agree to be bound by the following:

3.5 Accounts created anonymously, through proxies, or under nominees are not allowed. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. We reserve the right to reject any username it deems offensive or inappropriate at its discretion.

3.6 Any additional accounts created will be classified as "Duplicate Accounts." You are prohibited from attempting to register a Duplicate Account, including through false or alternative information (otherwise referred to as a “Duplicate Account”):

• any funds credited to these accounts may be frozen and potentially forfeited;
• any actions carried out using a Duplicate Account will be deemed invalid;
• the Duplicate Account will be permanently closed with no possibility of reinstatement.

3.7 The player is prohibited to transfer or sell their accounts to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, such as however not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial, or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes, however is not limited to, the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way shape or form.

3.8 We are not liable for the actions of players who neglect their responsibility to verify if participating in online gambling poses any legal risks.

3.9 The players are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date. If there are any changes to registration details, you must notify us immediately.

3.10 We may conduct background checks on players at any time without notice to prevent fraud. • Your account must have no remaining balance (whether positive or negative) and no pending withdrawal requests.
• If you choose to close your account while it has a positive balance and/or pending withdrawals, all funds in your account will be forfeited.

3.14. If we are unable to confirm that you are at the Legal Age then we may suspend Your Account. If in fact you were under the Legal age at the time you made any gambling or gaming transactions, then:

3.14.1. Your Account will be closed;

3.14.2. all transactions made and all related funds deposited by you during that time will become void;

3.14.3. any stakes or bets made during that time will be returned to you; and

3.14.4. any winnings which you have accrued during that time will be forfeited from you and you will be required to return to us all funds that were withdrawn from Your Account.

4. DORMANT ACCOUNT POLICY

4.1 Dormant Account is an account that is considered dormant if no transactions (deposits, withdrawals, or bets) have been made for a continuous period of 6 months.

4.2 Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of up to €5 (or equivalent in another currency) to cover maintenance costs. These charges will only be applied after the period specified in these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Before an account is classified as dormant and charges are applied, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via written correspondence, including email notifications. The notice will clearly outline the dormant account policy and any potential charges.

4.4 We will provide at least 14 days’ written notice by email before an account is officially deemed dormant and subject to deductions.

4.5 The level of effort to contact the account holder will depend on the account balance. No account will be completely depleted until the Dormant Account Policy process is finalized.

5. ACCOUNT BALANCE, DEPOSIT, WITHDRAWING FUNDS

5.1 By opening an account on the Website, you agree that all financial transactions related to your account may be processed by the Company, its designated payment system operator, or an authorized third party acting on behalf of the Company.

5.2 To participate in gambling activities on the website, players must make at least one real-money deposit, which will be used for future bets. Deposit and withdrawal methods available on the site may change, and associated fees, procedures, and terms vary depending on the selected payment option. Deposits into Player Accounts can only be made directly through our website.

5.3 The Website minimum deposit is 5 EUR.

5.5 The balance in your account is not equivalent to a bank account and is not insured, backed by assets, or guaranteed in any way. Deposited or active funds do not accrue interest.

5.6 By using the services, you waive any right to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals. Any attempt to do so may result in liability for any associated damages or costs incurred by the Casino, which you will be required to reimburse.

5.7 Currency conversion is not available on the site. This means that if you deposit funds in a specific currency, you can only access games that support that currency; games requiring a different currency will be unavailable.

5.8 Whenever a new deposit is made into a Player Account, we reserve the right to request further personal details and apply additional verification measures to confirm the player's identity.

5.9 Refund policy

5.9.1 You acknowledge that the Company generally does not refund funds deposited into your account. Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues with the Website or payment instruments.

5.9.2 Once a deposit—or any associated bonus—has been used to place a bet, it becomes ineligible for a refund.

5.9.4 We reserve the right to withhold any refund or reverse a transaction until we have satisfactorily verified your identity. Failure to supply the required documentation will result in the refund not being processed, the closure of your Player Account, and forfeiture of all funds held therein. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

5.9.5 If your account was funded using a credit card, we reserve the right to issue refunds on withdrawal requests only up to the total amount deposited via that credit card, offset against your previous purchases.

5.9.6 In all cases where a refund is granted, any bonuses and winnings in your account balance will be deducted before calculating the final refund amount.

5.10 Withdrawing funds

5.10.1 Withdrawals are exclusively processed through the Website by submitting an official withdrawal notice, and are subject to predetermined weekly and monthly limits. Withdrawal requests made via phone or email will not be accepted.

5.10.2 To withdraw your winnings, you must submit a valid withdrawal request, which we will process in accordance with our withdrawal rules detailed in the Terms.

Users must:

• Be registered with an active account;

5.10.3 A minimum rollover of 2x is required before any withdrawal can be processed. If the total wagered amount is less than your deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all winnings and deduct a commission fee of 20%—with a minimum charge of €0.50 from your last deposit—as payment expenses.

5.10.4 At any time, your withdrawal may be audited as part of our measures to protect both players and the Casino from fraudulent activities.

• A withdrawal amount of up to 300 USD will be approved within 2 days from the date of request, except for weekends and holidays.
• The withdrawal amount of 301 USD to 1 500 USD will be approved within 5 days from the date of request, except for weekends and holidays.
• The withdrawal amount of 1501 USD to 15 000 USD will be approved within 14 days from the date of request, except for weekends and holidays.
• The withdrawal amount from 15 001 USD  will be approved within 30 days from the date of request, except for weekends and holidays.
• Once your withdrawal has been approved, we are not responsible for any delays in payments caused by third party electronic payment processors and financial institutions and/or third party clearing process.

5.10.5 By using our services, you acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraud, collusion, or illegal activity. Should you be found engaging in unlawful activities, collusion, or any other fraudulent behavior, your withdrawal and any associated bonus funds may be rejected.

5.10.6 While we aim to honor your preferred payment method, we cannot guarantee its use. Consequently, the Company may process your withdrawal using an alternative payment system if necessary.

5.10.7 The Company reserves the right to restrict or reject a withdrawal request if:

• the withdrawal request appears to be directed to a person or wallet/account other than the User's own wallet/account;
• it seems to be linked to an account in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• any suspicious or potentially illegal activity is detected related to the User's account;
• any activity is identified that we consider to be in violation of, or likely to violate, our Terms and Conditions (including our policies) in relation to the User's account.

6. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

7. BET & GAMBLING
